About Sammy

It is my pleasure to introduce myself through the DRS Agent website. I have been working with DRS referrals since 2008 and have truly enjoyed my time spent with each doctor and many family members! Because I have many doctors in my family, I have a good understanding of the pressure once a match is made or a new contract is procured: graduation for many, studying for boards, and moving to an unfamiliar city. While I cannot assist with two of those pressures, I can and do help relieve the stress of finding new housing. I am proficient at navigating my clients through the home buying process from developing search engines to assisting through the loan process, inspections, appraisals and other aspects of the Arizona home buying experience. I am a native Phoenician and am well connected to the medical community; I know the paperwork specifics you need to secure from your hospital in order to complete a loan and I can get them on time. I have an excellent team of lenders, title companies, inspectors … whatever it takes to ensure that we have a positive experience and that, most important, you are successful! We become a team, a family of sorts that is aligned by a common goal. Sammy's Story

Sammy Glassman is an Associate Broker and founder of Team Glassman, a Phoenix-based real estate group known for delivering strategic guidance, strong negotiation, and elevated marketing for buyers and sellers across the Greater Phoenix luxury market. A Phoenix native, Sammy combines deep local knowledge with more than two decades of real estate experience. Before entering real estate, she earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and spent 10 years in nonprofit management, building the communication and relationship skills that now define her client-first approach. She obtained her real estate license in 2004, earned her broker’s license in 2010, and launched Team Glassman in 2018. Having navigated every major market shift—from the mid-2000s housing surge to the 2007–2012 downturn and the competitive housing shortage of 2020–2022—Sammy brings seasoned perspective and steady leadership to each transaction. As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, she is known for protecting her clients’ interests while keeping complex deals moving forward. Sammy works with clients across all price points, but she is especially sought after by luxury buyers, sellers, and relocating professionals who value her market expertise, discretion, and strong network of industry partners. As a Doctor Relocation Specialist (DRS), she frequently assists physicians and executives relocating to the Phoenix area. Sammy lives in North Central Phoenix with her husband, Kyu, their two children, Eliana and Jesse, and their dogs, Luna & Stella. Outside of work she enjoys yoga, travel, sporting events, and exploring the Valley’s vibrant restaurant scene.
