About Karen

Karen Landry, the team leader for Landry & Co. Realty Group, has been affiliated with RE/MAX for 30 years as a licensed Realtor. She specializes in working with the medical community offering real estate services and facilitating specialized financing including NO MONEY DOWN options. Karen has a reputation in Boston for negotiating successfully for physicians in a competitive market with proven strategies . Working with physicians has been a niche for Karen since 2005 and she has curated hundreds of transactions within the medical arena. She has many relationships with affiliate partners to service the needs of physicians to afford them the resources needed to purchase or sell a home. Karen is a Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame Award and Chairman’s Award winner as well as having a consistent presence in the RE/MAX of New England Top 25. Karen has held offices as the National WCR Marketing Chairman, MA WCR State President, and Regional WCR VP and served on the National WCR Budget & Finance and Strategic Planning committees.

Karen's Story

Karen developed the Physician Homebuyer Program in 2005 as a single mother with two young children during a challenging housing crisis. Quickly, she realized there was a specific need in the medical community to assist with financing options and offer guidance in the relocation to the Boston and Worcester markets. Her own career dream was to be a Pediatrician which has made the physician niche a passion in her career. She has since developed a highly respected sphere of relationships in the medical space and grown to a team of 5 to ensure the level of service expected by the medical community.
